Services can be the most important purchase of all of your barcode system equipment. Besides instructions
on how to troubleshoot and perfect the print quality of your labels, keeping your thermal printer functioning
in top form. Every technical and non-technical issue concerning your labels will be addressed by AD BARCODE.
This means bar-coding issues such as Symbology compliance, Code Creations, ANSI Parameter regulations,
Checksum creations. Formatting and layouts, database and ODBC setup. AD Barcode Data Systems will support your
Labeling Software i.e.) Labelview, Label Matrix, Bartender, Label Craft, Windows drivers, Corel, Illustrator and more.
AD BARCODE Help Desk Overview of Services
To overview the kind of information that may be required for our Help Desk Staff to effectively assist our clients, a basic list of application dependant factors are outlined below. This information should be available to AD BARCODE Staff upon commencement of HD Call.
Customer choosing contracted AD BARCODE Help Desk Services will be given access to a North American Wide Toll Free Number that rings directly to AD BARCODE Help Desk. AD BARCODE Uses Maximizer Contact Management software and will Log all Support Calls, Claims and information pertaining to your account within this application. A brief summary of all support calls (5W's) will be delivered to the client 2 months before the service contract terminates. All Payments for Contracted Services must be received before the contract is valid. At any time, a detailed statement can be produced to show support call issues, all correspondence, time, location, duration, personnel etc.
