If you would like to set up an open terms account with AD Barcode Inc., please fill out the enclosed Credit Application and fax or mail it to the address listed thereon. Our credit department can usually process credit applications within 48 hours. ****If you are claiming PST exemption, please fill out certificate and return with your credit application. Payment TermsUpon credit approval, terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. After 30 days, a 2% late charge will be applied. AD Barcode will accept cash or a check made to “AD Barcode Inc”. Warranty and DOA Policy If you have a problem with your shipment, or your product arrives Dead on Arrival, call our technical support group immediately to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Arrangements will be made for a replacement to be sent. To ensure speedy processing, please have the following information on hand:
Please note that RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days after the date of issue. To help us serve you better, please observe the following steps when returning merchandise: · items must be returned in the original manufacturer's package(s). · place the manufacturer's packages in outer shipping cartons which should be labeled as followed:
· make sure your returns are complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards and static bags · you are responsible for freight when returning products AD Barcode Inc. reserves the right to charge up to 25% restocking fee on returned products. We will also charge for any and all items missing from returns. Shipping Claims Claims for mis-shipments and shortages must be made within three (3) working days from receipt of goods.
